The candidate has to address his application to the Registrar of the State Pharmacy Council after the completion of the course. The application should accompany the following original documents with at least one attested copy;
Mark lists and pass certificates of 10th and 12th classes • All the BPharm mark lists • Course certificate from the college from where the BPharm has taken. • Original Degree certificate (provisional may also be accepted) • Passport and stamp size photos (3 each)
The candidate should confirm about the fee to be remitted along with the application by contacting with the State Council office. He or she can seek more information from the previously registered candidates and experts. If upon the receipt of the the application, the Registrar is of the opinion that the applicant has the requisite qualifications for registration, he may direct his or her name to be entered in the Register. Persons whose names have been removed from the Registers of other states shall not be entitled to registration unless the State Council gives its consent. Any candidate, whose application for registration has been rejected by the Registrar, may appeal to the State Council, within three months of the rejection of application///
